Services We Offer:
1. Extensions / Conversions and Internal Structural Alterations
Option A - Design received from client
Construction of project in accordance with Local Authority approved drawings and specifications issued by the Client / Client’s Architect.
Option B - Design prepared by GRW Construction Ltd
Construction of project in accordance with GRW Construction prepared and approved drawings and specifications. This particular Option includes:
- Full design service including preparation of conceptual and detailed design drawings.
- Preparation of structural calculations, if required.
- Submission of Planning and Building Regulation Approval applications and dealing with all subsequent communications with the Local Authority.
2. Installation of all utilities, ie kitchens and bathrooms
3. Wall and floor tiling
4. Heating systems (Corgi registered)
Including: natural gas, LPG, Oil and unvented hot water systems.
