His experience and vision have been invaluable in radically evolving numerous projects from the original inception brief and his reputation has been built on consistently striving to give the client the ultimate solution, whether by design improvements, practicality or aesthetic enhancements.

Terry has 35 years of vast experience gained across the building and construction industries both in the UK and overseas. Auto CAD proficient with the ability to design extensions and undertake structural calculations, Terry’s prowess in civil/structural engineering with a strong academic background have been critical on many occasions in dealing with both architects and local authority building control.

GRW Construction is a well established, family-run construction company that primarily specialises in home extensions, conversions and major renovations. Built on a cornerstone of strong professional values and absolute attention to detail, we pride ourselves in delivering excellent solutions for our clients.
Our projects are typically centred around Hertfordshire, North London and the surrounding counties and we have carried out a variety of major extensions and other construction projects over many years, all of which have been the result of recommendations. This was epitomised in one particular small road where we carried out a range of projects concurrently from 2007 – 2011.
We offer several bespoke services, all designed to meet both the exacting requirements of the client and project alike. We are able to fully manage all communications between Architect, Planning Departments, Building Control and the Local Authority. We provide complete dedication from the point of inception through to project completion, working closely with our clients every step of the way.
