Design
The design process is absolutely integral to a successful outcome. The time spent on this in the early stages of inception can be crucial in avoiding costly remedial works during the build. By offering a full design service we are able to provide our professional input from the outset, however we are also very experienced and happy to work with architects appointed by the client, either way our focus is very clear, achieving for our clients the combination of aesthetic desirability and practicality.
Build
The GRW team are an extremely close-knit group and have worked together seamlessly on a wide ranging scope of works for many years. We communicate with our clients from a very early stage and talk them through every stage of the build, the processes involved and the relevant time scale expectations. We do this so that client can plan accordingly and continue with their daily lives as normally as possible.
Manage
The project management aspect of any build is critical to both timescales, deadlines and budget. We provide our clients with a detailed scope of works enabling them to clearly see at any given time what stage the project is at. Unlike many residential building companies, GRW have a highly experienced Civil/Structural Engineer on the team who is extremely well versed in all areas of project management and building control liaison. We find that this professional expertise provides a strong credibility factor amongst the typical discerning client that engages us.
